Let's set up your system

This is the only form you'll fill out. Everything you enter here goes straight into your system — the texts it sends, the questions it asks, the answers it gives. Takes about fifteen minutes. Your answers save on this device as you go, so you can come back to it.

The business

Exactly as you want it to appear to a customer — this is the name and number your system will use when it texts, emails and answers for you.

The number customers already call.

Where new leads should land.

Leave blank if you don't work from a public location.
If you don't have one yet, leave it — we're building it.

Towns, counties or a radius. Your system uses this to answer "do you come out to ___?"

Hours

Write them the way you'd say them out loud. Closed days: write Closed. Round the clock: write 24 hours.

What you do

One per line. Plain words, the way a customer would say it — not your internal names. Your system reads this list out when someone asks what you do.

Leave blank and we'll build you one — that's usually the better answer.

Google Business Profile → Ask for reviews → copy the short link. Blank is fine; we can pull it.

Branding

Used on your site, your emails and anything your system sends out.

Upload the file (PNG, JPG, SVG or WebP, up to 2 MB). Or paste a link below.

What your system says

Two messages that go out automatically. They're written for you — change the wording if it doesn't sound like you. {{ business_name }} fills itself in.

Fires within seconds of a missed call. This one line is the single biggest reason leads stop going cold.

Qualifying questions

What you'd ask on the phone before deciding a job is worth a truck roll. Your system asks these for you and flags the good ones. Give at least two — five is better.

Questions you get asked constantly

Every question a customer asks over and over, and the answer you'd give. Your system answers these instantly, day or night.

Texting registration

US carriers require every business that texts customers to be registered (it's called A2P 10DLC). We file it for you. Without it, your texts get blocked. These answers must match your IRS or CRA records exactly — a mismatch is the number-one reason registrations get rejected.

Exactly as on your EIN letter (CP-575) or CRA registration. Include "LLC", "Inc." etc.

Only if customers know you by a different name than the legal one.

Nine digits, like 12-3456789. It's encrypted before it's stored and only used for this registration. If your EIN is less than 15 days old, tell us in the notes — the registry can't see it yet.

Authorized representative

The person legally allowed to sign for the business. Usually the owner. They may get one email asking them to confirm their identity with a photo ID — that's the carriers, not us.

Your website's fine print

Carriers check that your privacy policy and terms mention texting. If you don't have these pages, leave them blank — we add them to the site we build you.

How customers agree to texts

If you already have a contact form on your site with a texting consent box, upload a screenshot of it. If not, skip this — ours will pass.

Check and send

Have a look. Use Back to change anything.

Quirks, things to avoid, a competitor you don't want to sound like, a busy season we should know about.
